We operate with a strong foundation of industry best practices and regulatory compliance. Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our adherence to guidance such as BSRIA BG29 and BG50, ensuring the proper cleaning and treatment of closed loop water systems. We prioritise water quality with BS8552, and our risk assessments are conducted in strict accordance with BS8580:2019, minimising Legionella risks. We meticulously follow ACoP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines for the control of Legionella bacteria in all relevant systems, including hot and cold water systems, process water systems and other risk systems.
Our practices are further guided by PD855468:2015 for the flushing and disinfection of domestic water systems, ensuring safe water supply within buildings. We operate within the framework of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and adhere to HTM 04-01 for the specific requirements of healthcare settings.
